Naia Flow is a fluid, engaging and centred approach to fitness which taps into the different planes of movement and invites you to challenge your body and mind. This low impact routine focuses on stretching, strengthening and improving mobility and flexibility.

Naia Form
Strength & Stamina
When muscles are recruited correctly we are less prone to injury and soft tissue dysfunction. Naia Form uses a wide and varied range of functional fitness techniques to teach, strengthen, equip and enable you to undertake daily activities with relative ease.

Naia Fuel
A Healthier You
Naia Fuel advocates adopting, refining and sustaining a healthy eating regime and lifestyle with a view to maintaining good health. A lifestyle where food is nutritious and not your nemesis. Food should nourish, repair and bring your body to a place of homeostasis...a place where fitness can truly begin.

Individuals
Whether training as an individual or within a group setting, the Naia experience is unique and tailored to the specific needs of the client. We focus on you and together we use our tools to concentrate on your goals at your convenience.

Groups
Group training which could be a Naia Strength or even Naia Flow session is varied, challenging and fun. This setting promotes a collaborative and relaxed environment where you can be supported to achieve your fitness goals.

Corporate
Naia Wellness focuses on wellbeing in the workplace by providing tools to explore fitness and gain knowledge to facilitate good health in a fun, collaborative and functional setting.
Sessions which can enhance working relationships are tailored to suit organisational objectives and workplace culture.

Bespoke Programme
We cater to the needs of Pre/Post Natal clients, children under the age of 16, the elderly, clients who require additional attention and those who are either recovering from or are prone to injury. Â
The quest for fitness although challenging should be designed to be inclusive and must enhance overall wellbeing.

Our master brand which is Naia Heal enables us to identify inefficient muscle recruitment patterns, poor exercise technique and postural deviations which must be addressed to ensure that a client can begin to exercise safely and efficiently in order to achieve optimum and long lasting results.

Daphne Martinson-Larbi

My journey began in the Barbara Benson Dance Academy in Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. I was a little too old at 12 to start learning Classical Ballet so Barbara offered me Modern Classical Jazz lessons but in less than one term I joined her ballet class. As the months and years passed she added Street/Disco Dance and I collected awards as I worked through the grades under the tutelage of Julia Trillo. I became an Amateur Stage Dancer.

At age 18 I became the youngest and first Aerobics Instructor in my school. In university in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence I began to train with a group of body builders (The BodyBoyz) who were also dancers and this was the start of my interest in weight lifting.

My subsequent career in Media and the Financial Sector took me to interesting companies in London but fitness was my elixir. I learned to jog, ran half marathons for charity, trained on my own, went to group classes and still wanted more. My Trainer at the time, KT Curtin, challenged me and I loved it! After falling in love with the HIIT approach to training I certified as an Insanity Live Instructor with Beachbody, certified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, specialised in Massage Therapy and then focused on Oncology Massage Therapy.

As a professional Wellness Coach and Therapist, my main focus is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to listen to your body and build a customised plan based on your fitness level, specific health needs, physique and fitness goals. My aim is not only to equip you with the tools to transform your body but to empower you with knowledge and skills to make more mindful decisions and choices about your health, fitness and wellbeing.
